Person detained after man shot and killed in Houston’s East End Police Lights on top of car (KPRC2/Click2Houston.com)
HOUSTON – A man has been detained by police after another man was shot and killed in Houston’s East End Thursday.
Houston Police said it happened in the 7700 block of Avenue I.
Police were called at 6:26 p.m.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
