Threat reported at Turner Stadium ahead of Summer Creek vs. Shadow Creek HS football game

Humble Independent School District is warning families of an anonymous tip they received ahead of a high school varsity football game at Turner Stadium.
In a post on X, the page ‘Humble ISD Parents’ shared the message from the district, which said tonight’s game between Summer Creek High School and Shadow Creek High School had been targeted with rumors of a shooting and/or bombing.

“No evidence of a credible threat has been found” the district shared, but promised that Humble ISD police and Houston Police would have an increased presence during the game, and will check the stadium before kickoff.
