A domestic altercation between a woman’s current and former boyfriends escalated into a shooting incident, leaving one man injured and another on the run. The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning in the 6600 block of Avenue N.

The current boyfriend reportedly shot the woman’s ex-boyfriend in the abdomen. The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in stable condition. The suspect fled the scene in a black Chrysler 200.
