21st birthday party turns deadly after shooting at home in Jacinto City; More than 50 people were in attendance

JACINTO CITY, Texas – At least two people are dead following a shooting at a house party in Jacinto City.

The shooting took place at a home on Muscatine Street near Holland around 1 a.m. overnight.

KPRC 2′s T.J. Parker was on the scene following the shooting.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the shooting happened at a 21st birthday party that was taking place at the home.

Investigators at the scene said there were more than 50 people in attendance at the house party, including a live band.

At some point during the party, gunfire rang out, leaving those two people shot. They were both taken to the hospital where they later died.

Additionally, Gonzalez said there may be a third person who was shot.

Officials say no arrests have been made.
