Fosters wanted! Rescued Pets Movement urging Houstonians to fill out applications and give pets homes

HOUSTON, Texas – BARC is overcapacity, and the Rescued Pets Movement wants to help, but it needs people in the Houston area to apply to foster animals.

Rescued Pets Movement is a non-profit organization that started in 2013. According to its website, the project has provided homes for over 83,000 companion animals by rescuing them from shelters and finding them permanent homes.
