Award-winning Chef Siddartha Cadena, better known as Chef Sidd, will bring 22 plus years of international experience to Thirteen’s kitchen.

Filled with modern Pan Asian influences, the diverse world-class menu will include a beautiful array of shareable raw dishes curated from the freshest seafood, such as Salmon Tiradito, Scallop Tataki, Smoked Hamachi Tacos, and Spicy Tuna.

Guests can also find a multitude of side dishes to experience and share, from American Mashed Potatoes to Tempura Shishito Peppers.

“The entire menu is a reflection of Sidd’s global expertise and love for creating culinary experiences you simply can’t find anywhere else. And it’s not just the menu, we’ve raised the bar on every element of the restaurant, from the food to the atmosphere, the culture, and a new standard of exceptional service, and we are confident guests are going to love the Thirteen Re-Imagined experience,” Thirteen General Manager Sean Knight said.

Thirteen is planning a Grand Reopening on March 7, with a private soft opening on February 22.
