Power outages reported as heavy rain hits Houston area

HOUSTON – Some power outages have been reported as heavy rain has fallen in the Houston area.

A total of 11,437 customers were without power Saturday morning as of 9:28 a.m.

We could see between 1-4 inches of rain today.
