Woman wanted for stealing 2 French Bulldogs in NW Harris County

A woman is wanted by deputy constables for allegedly stealing two French Bulldogs in northwest Harris County, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said. (Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman)

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A woman is wanted by deputy constables for stealing two French Bulldogs in northwest Harris County, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Ember Village Lane on Jan. 13 around 8 p.m. regarding theft.

They later arrived at a house, and a man told him he had made it home and noticed his two dogs were missing. A neighbor eventually found the dogs and shared a post on the social media site Nextdoor to try to locate their owner.

An unknown woman then responded to the post claiming to be the owner and picked up the dogs.

The owner later learned the woman had already gone for the animals.
