Woman killed in hit-and-run in Houston’s Fifth Ward

HOUSTON – A woman is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Houston’s Fifth Ward Sunday.
Houston Police were called around 5:47 p.m. to the crash in the 3300 block of Orange Street.
Authorities said a woman died in the crash and the suspect vehicle fled the scene.
