37-year-old Houston man accused of planning to sexually assault child, sending child pornography to person

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 37-year-old man has been arrested, accused of planning to sexually assault a child as well as sending child sexual assault material to someone.

Samuel Adam Ochoa is charged with online solicitation of a minor and promotion/possession of child pornography. He has a bond of $100,000.

According to the Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office, they executed an arrest and residential search warrant at a home in Houston on Wednesday. The arrest and residential search warrants stemmed from an investigation related to child exploitation that occurred within Montgomery County.

The constable’s office said Ochoa communicated a plan with a man and had intentions of exchanging his 8-year-old daughter with the man’s 7-year-old juvenile female for the purposes of sexual conduct with a child. During the course of this communication, Ochoa also sent child sexual assault material via a mobile device, according to officials.

The constable’s office said while executing the residential search warrant, Ochoa admitted to being in possession of additional child sexual assault material.

Ochoa was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
