Fugitive wanted for indecency with child after victim makes outcry to police, HPD says

HOUSTON – A man is still on the run after being wanted by police for indecency with a child in 2019 in Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

Fugitive Jose Pinate, 43, is accused of performing inappropriate sexual acts with a child on July 9, 2019, in the 11600 block of Stroud Drive.

Crime Stoppers is offering to pay up to $5,000 for information that will lead to an arrest.
