HOUSTON – A security guard at an apartment complex in northwest Houston was shot in the armpit Monday, police said.
Police said the shooting happened at the crescent at Cityview Apartments on Langwick near Hardy around 1:47 a.m.
According to investigators, the person who pulled the trigger fled the scene.
Police said no motive for the shooting has been determined.
