Former President George H.W. Bush attends ribbon-cutting ceremony

HOUSTON – Former President George H.W. Bush Wednesday attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Bush’s grandson leads the Lone Star agency of the volunteer and service group.

The ceremony celebrated the opening of a new building on Washington Avenue in downtown Houston.
