WOODLOCH, Texas - At least one person was killed in a crash Thursday in Montgomery County involving a food trailer.

The crash was reported about 2 p.m. on State Highway 242 in the Woodloch area near the San Jacinto River.

Montgomery County deputies one person was killed in the crash. Another person was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Video from Sky 2 showed a total of three vehicles appeared to have been involved in the crash. Two vehicles looked to have been involved in a head-on crash on a bridge that spans the creek. A food trailer for “Fish Tales” was also involved, but it was located about 50 yards away from the scene of the head-on crash.

The video showed a cloth had been draped over the windshield of one of the vehicles that was involved in the head-on crash.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, but officials said they believe the food trailer may have come loose.

The identities of those involved in the crash were not immediately released.

Drivers were told to expect delays in the area.
