SUGAR LAND, Texas – A middle school-aged boy was hit and killed by a vehicle Saturday.
It happened near the area of Dulles Avenue and Viking Lane in Sugar Land, police said.

The boy was attempting to cross a driveway when a high school-aged girl, driving a high-profile vehicle backed out of the driveway, hitting him, Sugar Land police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of Saturday afternoon, it does not appear charges will be filed, police said.
