2 gunshot victims apparently dropped off at Houston fire station, police say

HOUSTON – Police are investigating a shooting Tuesday after two people suffering from gunshot wounds appeared to have been dropped off at a fire station in east Houston.

The incident was reported about 6:50 p.m. at Fire Station 18 on Telephone Road at Lockwood Drive.

Larry Crowson, of the Houston Police Department, said one of the wounded people had been shot in the shoulder and the other was shot in the arm.

Crowson said both of the wounded were taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment.

Neither of the victims was cooperating with police, Crowson said.

Investigators are still trying to determine where the shooting happened and the motive, Crowson said.
