SPRING, Texas – A new Aldi grocery store is now open at 2412 Rayford Road in Spring.
The new Spring location celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Nov. 14. The store also gave away free Aldi eco-friendly bags and gift cards for the first 100 shoppers.

Charles Shirley, the first customer to give the store a Google review wrote, "Brand-new store. Very clean. The place was going through grand opening so the extra help was being a bit too helpful."
The store opens from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday through Sunday.
Spring residents can find fresh produce and organic foods at the new location, according to Aldi.
The supermarket chain plans to have nearly 2,500 stores open in the US by 2022.
