Free backpacks, school supplies giveaway held Saturday in Galena Park

HOUSTON – Students in the Galena Park area can receive a free backpack and school supplies during a giveaway Saturday. 

The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Galena Park Resource and Training Program. 

The giveaway is sponsored by several different local companies.
