DPS trooper's son injured in accidental shooting at Montgomery County home No description found
A Department of Public Safety trooper's 3-year-old son was injured in an accidental shooting Saturday at a Montgomery County home, officials said.
The shooting was reported around 4 p.m.
Officials said the child was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands and is in stable condition. Texas Rangers. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and district attorney's office are investigating how the child got ahold of the gun.
The troopers or child's identity has not been released.
