Family accuses cemetery of improperly burying loved one in northeast Houston

HOUSTON – A family is searching for answers after they claim a loved one did not get a proper burial.

They said it happened at the Golden Gate Cemetery on Hirsch Road in northeast Houston.

Dwendell Walker and Paula Fletcher buried their son last Saturday, but shortly after, they said a disturbing video surfaced on social media. The video shows the casket not covered and the vault lid off. The grave was also full of water.

One relative told KPRC items were stolen from the casket.
