Missing 16-year-old boy in Garden Oaks area returns home, police say

HOUSTON – Houston police officers said a 16-year-old boy that went missing in northwest Houston returned home Monday.

Jared Chapellat went missing after a jog Sunday night in the 1400 block of Sue Barnett in Garden Oaks.

His disappearance wasruled as an active missing person case, but he returned Monday.
