2 men wore nun costume masks to cover faces during armed robbery at SW Houston motel
HOUSTON – Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding four people in connection with an armed robbery at a Houston motel.
Officials said the victim was lured to meet two women at a motel in the 10500 block of the Southwest Freeway around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 14.
Surveillance video captured the victim entering a room with two women, officials said.
Two men then approached the outside of the room's door and waited. Officials said they put on nun costume masks to cover their faces.
One of the women exited, walking calmly passed the masked men, and the men entered the room, officials said. The men robbed the victim at gunpoint and ran out of the room.
Officials said all four suspects fled together in a white pickup truck.
Video surveillance captured images of the suspects during the incident, officials said.
One of the men is described by authorities as Hispanic with a thin build, short black hair and a tattoo on his upper right arm. Officials said he wore a dark T-shirt, dark pants and white-and-gold tennis shoes.
The other man is described as Hispanic with a thin build and short black hair. He wore a black jumpsuit with stripes, officials said.
One of the women is described by authorities as Hispanic with a medium build and long hair. Officials said she wore glasses and a flower print dress.
The other woman is described as Hispanic with a thin build. She wore a blue-and-white dress, officials said.
