Man arrested after 2 found stabbed to death outside Tomball mobile home

TOMBALL, Texas – A man was arrested Sunday after two people were found stabbed to death outside a mobile home in Tomball, authorities said.

The stabbing was reported around 2 p.m. in the 21000 block of Berrywood Bend Drive.

Harris County deputies said a woman, identified as 29-year-old Michelle Bullock, did everything in her power to safeguard herself from 34-year-old Brian Bullock, but it wasn't enough.

Investigators said Michelle Bullock and another man, identified as 56-year-old Mark Kiel, were stabbed by Brian Bullock, who turned himself in at a nearby Harris County Sheriff's Office substation.

Brian Bullock is seen in this photo released by the Harris County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 5, 2018.

The relationship between the two victims is still unclear, but investigators said Kiel was working to help remodel the mobile home park.

Investigators said Michelle Bullock had a protective order against Brian Bullock since August and told everyone in her neighborhood to be on the lookout for him. Investigators said Brian Bullock stalked her several times.

Michelle Bullock was the mother of three children. Her kids were not at home during the assault.

Michelle's younger brother, Mike Harris of Indiana, got word of her killing Tuesday morning. The siblings reunited only six months ago after being separated as children 20 years ago.

Harris said they were forming a new bond, that he planned to come visit in a few months and that she told him of her abuse.

"She told me that he beat on her, that one time he had ripped her shirt off of her in front of everybody," he said.

Harris said he offered to take in his sister and her three little boys, and that she considered it but ended up staying in Texas.

Friends said Michelle lived in fear for a very long time with constant threats from her ex-husband.

"Friday, she made a post on Facebook that's still there that he said that he was going to get her this weekend and being the mom that she is, she sent her kids away just in case he actually showed up and that's the only reason that her kids weren't there when he came," said Gail White.

Her family set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for Michelle's body to be flown back to Indiana. Click here to donate.

Brian Bullock has been charged with capital murder, deputies said.
