HOUSTON – A woman has been charged with murder after police say she fatally shot 27-year-old Samuel Earl Edmon one week ago.
Police were called to the scene around 7:10 p.m. in the 13000 block of Northborough, at the Canfield Apartments, near Greenspoint. Edmon was found dead at the scene and had been shot at least once, police said.

Investigators said Letousha Marshall, 43, was identified as the suspect and was arrested Sunday.
According to court documents, investigators determined that Edmon was running away from Marshall when he was shot.
