HOUSTON – The debate between Congressional candidates John Culberson and Lizzie Panill Fletcher at the University of Houston has been rescheduled.
Culberson, the Republican incumbent, and Fletcher, the Democratic challenger, are running for the seat in Houston’s 7th Congressional District, in what some are calling one of the most pivotal congressional races in Texas.

The two were scheduled to face off at 6 p.m. Monday, but UH said the debate was rescheduled for Oct. 21 at the "mutual request of the campaigns."
The debate will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 in the Student Center Theatre at UH Student Center South
Parking will be available in the Welcome Center Garage.
