BAYTOWN, Texas – Chevron Phillips issued an all clear after an "UpsetUnit" incident at its facility in Baytown.
According to a message from the East Harris County Manufacturers Association, the incident took place around 11:05 p.m. Sunday at the facility in the 9500 block of I-10 east.

The alert said that flames or flaring, noise, sirens and smoke may be noticeable to the community.
Chevron Phillips spokesperson Bryce Hallowell said it was a "minor issue" and no one was injured.
No one was evacuated, he said.
The company has not released additional information about the incident.
