Man found dead in water tank at plant closed years ago, police say No description found
HOUSTON – A man was found dead Tuesday in a tank of water at a plant that had been closed years ago, Houston police said.
The man, who has not yet been identified, was located just after noon at 5400 Armour Drive after police were notified of a possible body there. Investigators say that the plant was a water treatment/sewage plant.
The cause of death for the victim has not yet been determined.
