Man wanted for stabbing dog to death in Humble, police say


HUMBLE, Texas – Police are looking for a man accused of stabbing a dog to death in Humble.

Police said 49-year-old Ronald Brooks, who goes by "Ronnie," got into an argument with the dog's owner Dec. 6.

According to reports, Brooks pulled out a knife and threatened to hurt the dog, named Drama.

Early the next morning, the 1-year-old dog was found bleeding from puncture wounds, police said.

The dog was rushed to a veterinarian but did not survive.

Brooks faces animal cruelty charges.
