Man breaks in, tries to steal from former place of employment, deputies say

Donald Casteel

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man was arrested Thursday after deputies said he broke into his former place of employment and attempted to steal items Wednesday night.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said Donald Casteel was able to get into the Thompson Pipe Group business at 5150 Jefferson Chemical Road through an unlocked exterior door, but once he made entry, he broke the window on an interior door, which caused the alarm to go off. He left the area.
