Active search started in Heights for missing 51-year-old man

HOUSTON – An active search for a missing man started at about 10 a.m. Tuesday by Texas EquuSearch.

Connelly Wirth, 51, was last seen in Houston on Nov. 24. His clothing at the time is unknown. Wirth had a serious accident several months ago, and is in serious need of his medication.

The search staging area was in the 1900 block of Studemont Street, between I-10 and White Oak Bayou.

The search team is in need of foot volunteers as well as searchers on ATVs.
