HOUSTON – Love is in the air!

Sunday is Valentine's Day and, for most of you, celebrating the day means going out to eat with that special someone.

According to the National Retail Federation, an estimated $4.5 billion is expected to be spent by the 38.3 percent of couples planning a night out.
