Local rapper shot to death in Humble No description found
HUMBLE, Texas – A man was killed in a shooting in Humble, according to deputies.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office responded around 9:10 p.m. Saturday to the 1900 block of Cascade House Drive in the Woodland Pines subdivision.
When deputies arrived they found Erron Shamlin, 24, lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Shamlin was taken to Ben Taub Hospital, where he died.
Shamlin's mom said her son was a rapper, and he played basketball for Morehouse and Peninsula College in the state of Washington.
