GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas – Galveston County Crime Stoppers and the Dickinson Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating a man accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Margarito Blanco-Alviso, 38, is wanted on a Galveston County grand jury indictment for aggravated sexual assault of a child and bond forfeiture.

A Dickinson police officer arrested Blanco-Alviso, also known as Margarito Alvizo Blanco and Miguel Mago, on Aug. 25, 1996 after he had allegedly engaged in a sexual act in a vehicle with a 13-year old girl. Blanco-Alviso was 19 years old at the time.
Blanco-Alviso was released on bail after his arrest, but failed to appear for his scheduled court hearings.
Galveston County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Blanco-Alviso. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call 409-763-TIPS (8477).
