PASADENA, Texas – One person has been arrested after a non-fatal shooting in Pasadena.
Police say an altercation had happened at Pasadena High School. After school was dismissed, a second confrontation happened in front of a house on the 600 block of Broadway Boulevard with many of the same people involved in the first fight.

One of the people involved, 18-year-old Devon Lynn Lusk, allegedly grabbed a pistol from a nearby vehicle.
Lusk is accused of pointing the weapon out of the window of a vehicle and firing two shots in the direction of a house.
One of the bullets struck a woman in a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Broadway. Police say the woman was struck in her right cheek and transported to Hermann Hospital by LifeFlight with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say the victim was an innocent passerby with no connection to those involved in the altercation.
Lusk has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is being held on $30,000 bond.
