Man sentenced to 4 years in prison for shooting ex-girlfriend

RICHMOND, Texas – Michael Forrest Warren was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office, Warren shot his ex-girlfriend at her home on March 12, 2012, and then fled to Louisiana.
