Texans set to return to London as part of 2026 NFL Season

Texans fans need to begin preparing for an early fall trip of nearly five thousand miles.

The NFL has announced its international game lineup for the 2026 season, and the Houston Texans are heading back to London for the second time in franchise history and will face their AFC South rival, Jacksonville.

The Texans last traveled to London in 2019 and whipped the Jaguars 26-3 in front of Jacksonville’s large fan base that has grown internationally over the years.

The Texans have dominated the head-to-head series since 2021, with Houston winning seven of the 10 meetings.

Last year, the Jaguars beat the Texans in week 3, with Houston rallying from a 19-point deficit to win 36-29.

In their brief international history, the Texans are 1-1.

In 2016, Houston traveled to Mexico City and lost to the then-Oakland Raiders before the London victory over Jacksonville three years later.

The Jaguars have extensive international experience playing a total of 14 games over 12 years in London with a record of 7-7.

The game is slated in Week 6 on October 18 at historic Wembley Stadium.

The Texans and Jaguars game will be one of three scheduled in London in October and one of nine international games the NFL will host this season.

Thursday night, the NFL will officially announce full-season schedules along with dates and kickoff times.

The Texans are expected to get no less than two nationally televised appearances.
