Man robs First Convenience Bank inside a Kroger grocery store

FBI released photo of man accused of robbing a First Convenience Bank inside the Kroger grocery store at 1990 Old Spanish Trail, on Friday.

HOUSTON – The FBI has released surveillance photos of a man they say robbed a First Convenience Bank inside a Kroger grocery store Friday evening. 

According to the FBI, the man entered the bank located at 1990 Old Spanish Trail, walked up to the counter and threatened to shoot and kill the teller while demanding cash.

Officials say the suspect never showed a weapon, and no one was physically hurt.  The robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The bank robber is described as a Black man in his early or mid 20s, about 6 feet tall, 145 – 155 pounds with a very thin build. He had a thin mustache, and wore prescription glasses, black running pants, a light blue tee-shirt and a black knit hat.
