Alexander Olivieri accused of killing Bridgett Frisbie
HOUSTON – A 19-year-old Katy man is on trial, accused of killing a 17-year-old female friend.
Alexander Olivieri is charged with the murder in Bridgett Frisbie's death. Olivieri is accused of shooting and killing Frisbie in April 2011.
During testimony on Monday, Alan Perez testified he saw Olivieri shoot Frisbie in the back on the head. Perez has been given immunity in exchange for his testimony.
The suspect's father, a science teacher at a Sugar Land middle school, was on the stand Tusday. He testified his son was playing video games with Perez when he went to bed on the night prosecutors said Frisbie was killed.
Also on Tuesday, an investigator told the court Olivieri appeared nervous when he asked if Olivieri owned any handguns.
Olivieri is free on $50,000 bond while the trial continues.
