HOUSTON – A 13-year old boy and 15-year-old girl were charged with murder for their involvement in the shooting death of a 61-year-old man in Acres Homes on Feb. 8.
Harris County authorities said the teens shot Howard Boston in the face in the front yard of his own residence in the 5600 block of Hardwood Forest Drive.

Boston's car was stolen from the driveway of his home. It was abandoned a short time later at the Garden City Apartments in the 9600 block of West Montgomery Road, according to investigators.
On Tuesday, authorities arrested the teens.
They were booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center.
