ARROZ CON LECHE MARGARITA RECIPE

- 2 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila, infused with rice, cinnamon, and dried cherries

- 1½ oz cinnamon-vanilla rice milk

- ½ oz RumChata

- ¼ oz cherry syrup

- Ice

1. Add ingredients to shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.

3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or serve up in a chilled coupe.

4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dried cherry

The Arroz con leche Margarita showcases bright agave character of Don Julio Blanco. Creamy cinnamon-vanilla rice milk and RumChata create a smooth, velvety texture, while dried cherry infusion and cherry syrup add layers of rich fruit and subtle sweetness. The finish is balanced, warming, and refreshingly clean.

Zanti Bar Manager and Sommelier Andres Blanco showed us how to make one of the restaurant’s most unique cocktails, the Arroz con leche Margarita.
