Young Houstonians will learn how to train like a pro at the Simple Truth Will Anderson Jr. ProCamp

Houston – Houston Texans standout Will Anderson Jr. will host young football fans this weekend in an unforgettable experience at his sold-out Football ProCamp.

Hosted inside the Texans’ practice bubble, the camp brings together aspiring athletes for a day of skill-building, competition, and mentorship. Anderson will join a team of experienced coaches to lead drills, teach football fundamentals, and share advice with campers in a fun and encouraging environment.

Each camper will receive a souvenir autograph from Anderson, a team photo with the Pro Bowl defender, and a limited-edition camp T-shirt.

Ahead of the camp, Houston Life’s Lauren Leal visited the new Planet Fitness on Beechnut to learn some drills from trainer Tahj Edwards.
