Brookshire – See how work creates purpose at the Brookwood Community, and plan your visit to tour the campus and meet the Citizens during Brookwood’s annual Open House event.
The event runs Friday, Dec. 5, and Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering family-friendly activities, creative experiences and opportunities to support adults with disabilities who call Brookwood home.
What to expect at the Open House
Events run throughout each day and include the beloved Citizen Christmas Program, campus bus tours, shopping and dining, pictures in the poinsettias, an art car experience and the jingle bell book stop - featuring local authors.
Shoppers will find handcrafted goods and gifts made by residents and community partners, while onsite dining gives guests a chance to enjoy a meal that directly benefits Brookwood’s programs.
More than an event — a mission
