HOUSTON – It is five o’clock somewhere! It was time for Happy Hour in the Houston Life studio when author and lifestyle expert Donna Bosso zoomed in to share tips on uncorking the fun when entertaining this fall.
Basso said when planning a party, the name of the game is to keep the wine choices simple.
“I’ve been to parties and it’s like every bottle you pull out is something different. You don’t want to open up someone’s $100 bottle…”
As far as knowing how many bottles to buy, Basso said, “The rule of thumb is about a half a bottle per person per two hours.”
