HOUSTON – Get outdoors and celebrate nature in Cypress this weekend.
The Bridgeland community is hosting its annual Nature Fest at Oak Meadow Park on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature animal encounters, nature exhibits, a petting zoo and educational stage headlined by Coyote Peterson, the Emmy award-winning host of ‘Brave Wilderness’ on YouTube.
General admission is free and open to the public, but a few activities will require a small fee.
All proceeds will be donated to Cy-Hope, a local organization on a mission to provide hope and opportunity to every child in the Cy-Fair area.
Watch the video above to see what happened when Peterson stopped by Houston Life with some of his animal friends.
