Grammy-winning artist Wynton Marsalis shares the gift of jazz with local students
HOUSTON – Nine-time Grammy award-winning jazz trumpeter and composer, Wynton Marsalis, reveals how he is inspiring a new generation of musicians by visiting Houston schools.
Marsalis stopped by Houston’s High School for performing and visual arts this morning and chatted with Houston Life host, Derrick Shore, about celebrating jazz music with students.
The music legend is in H-Town for an event at Cullen Theatre on Nov. 3rd.
