The First Ladies of Disco ‘Retro Music Box’ tour making final stop at Hobby Center Saturday night

HOUSTON – The first ladies of disco and their ‘Retro Music Box’ tour makes final stop here in Houston tomorrow night!

Three decades of music will come together in a 90-minute tribute to Billboard’s ‘70s 80′s ‘90s, Soul, Rock, Pop, R&B, and dance charts.

Two-time Grammy nominee Martha Wash, “It’s Raining Men” the voice of The Weather Girls, C&C Music Factory and Black Box, Norma Jean Wright, the lead vocalist from Chic “Le Freak” formerly of the American Disco, Funk and R&B Band CHIC and Soul, and R&B legend Linda Clifford - “If They Can See Me Now” – will be bringing their high energy to the Hobby Center’s Zilkha Hall tomorrow night.

Ahead of tomorrow’s tour stop, the ladies we re nice enough to chat with Lauren Kelly about some of their favorite disco memories, clothes and music.
