HOUSTON – It was a night of fundraising in the fight against cancer - a great night, to be sure, with plenty of food, games, entertainment, and even pig races!
And there’s more - Houston Life’s Derrick Shore and Courtney Zavala hung with 50 Cent and Lady A!
Derrick and Courtney were emcees of the 35th annual Houston Cattle Baron’s Ball benefitting the American Cancer Society.
Not only that, they found out 50 Cent watches Houston Life! We absolutely will keep an open invite for 50 to join us on our show!
And how about the show’s headliners? Derrick and Courtney hung out with Lady A backstage for a bit too.
But of course, the night was a success for all it does in the fight against cancer. Derrick and Courtney chatted with Dr. Karen Knudsen, the first female CEO in the American Cancer Society’s history that spans over a hundred years.
