Houston tech expert shares 4 tips for better boundaries with your smartphone From apps to phone hacks, simple ways to reduce screen time
HOUSTON – We’ve all heard that too much screen time is bad and can even impact your health.
But what’s even harder is staying away from it all and completely disconnecting from phones and devices.
Local tech expert, Nick Wolny , gave us his 4 tips for better boundaries with your smartphone -- and even ways you can practice self-care.
“To completely abandon your smartphone isn’t really an option anymore – our phones are part of our day-to-day lives! So, we must practice good “smartphone hygiene,”' said Wolny.
