HOUSTON – Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years, often as a method to relieve pain, stress, allergies and more.
At Modern Acupuncture in River Oaks, many of their clients are turning to acupuncture for cosmetic reasons.
Rachel Eckroth, acupuncturist with Modern Acupuncture, says "It's going to improve the complexion by generally hydrating the skin and increasing blood flow. But it can also soften and reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and balance muscle tone."
