Local athlete competes on national TV show

HOUSTON – Nearly two years ago, Lake Jackson resident Christiana Rugloski was watching others compete on television. After joining Grit Fitness, she discovered a new hobby leading her to NBC’s The Titan Games.

“It’s never too late to start, all you have to do is get active, find somewhere and start training," says Kris Rugloski.
